Privacy notice

Effective August 16, 2026. This notice explains what happens to information submitted through GarbageValet.

Information we collect

A property-service request may include your name, work email, phone number, property or community name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, unit count, preferred start window, current trash setup, and notes you choose to provide.

We also collect limited first-party website activity, such as pages viewed, when a quote form is started, referring website, campaign tags, and an anonymous session identifier. We do not use this activity to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use submitted information to save and verify the request, evaluate which providers may be relevant, connect the request with valet trash providers, prevent abuse, operate the lead portal, and maintain service and security records.

Verification messages

GarbageValet may send a one-time email verification link and a one-time text code after you submit a request. These messages confirm the contact details attached to the request. Message and data rates may apply.

We use Validate.now to check whether a submitted email address appears deliverable and to flag addresses that need review. This check does not replace the email and phone confirmation steps.

When information is shared

GarbageValet may share the property and contact details in a verified request with one or more valet trash providers so they can respond about that request. Providers receive the information for the requested service conversation. We may also disclose information to service vendors that help operate the website, messaging, database, security, or hosting, and when disclosure is required by law.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form and can leave optional fields blank. Do not include information unrelated to the property service request.

Retention and security

We retain request information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, handle provider access, prevent abuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

GarbageValet is intended for property owners, managers, and service providers, not children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version will appear here with a new effective date.
