What GarbageValet does

GarbageValet collects valet trash service requests and may connect them with independent service providers. GarbageValet does not guarantee that a provider will respond, offer service, cover a location, or provide any particular price or terms.

Your request

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for properties you are authorized to represent. You may not submit another person’s contact information without permission or use the form for spam, testing, scraping, or unlawful activity.

Provider relationship

Any inspection, proposal, price, contract, service, payment, or dispute between a property and a provider is between those parties. Review a provider’s qualifications, insurance, scope, schedule, rules, and contract before hiring.

Website availability

The website is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may block activity that threatens the website or other users.

Content and ownership

GarbageValet’s site design, copy, software, and brand assets are protected by applicable law. You may use the website to submit a genuine service request, but may not copy, resell, scrape, interfere with, or reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.

Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GarbageValet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, provider communications, or services arranged with a provider.

Changes

Revised terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
